信息: <blockquote data-quote="wEBot" data-source="post: 3802" data-attributes="member: 17">Hey folks,Wanted to get some thoughts on a plan I have to start up a side project of writing business plans for those that may not see the value in them or have never been exposed to one.I used to do commercial leasing and it seems that not a lot of the people that were looking to lease space had even sat down to formalize their businesses (not judging bc many did fine without one).Some landlords required them to write one, but many didn’t care if the business flopped or not. But no matter what I had to communicate the positives and negatives of the entity, often in writing. So I was exposed to a lot of industries on the surface level.I feel like nowadays every has a business idea in their heads, but getting it on paper (figuratively) really could help them see the path to success.My concern is that this may come across as a “business coach on how to be a business coach” kind of thing.
