Currently using paypal, we have 10+ yr old account in very good standing but here's what i'm interested in :1) transaction fees - not important actually - i see fees are similar for all processors so it's not a big deal, but having much lower fees than the market average would be a plus2) friendly fraud - i hate the way paypal deals with it and also hate the fact that we don't get seller protection on all orders (just on some of them, not sure what's the criteria, for 50% of US orders we have seller protection if we follow their recommendations, for the other 50%, also US orders, we don't). we gather all kinds of details about the buyer, but not even once paypal ruled in our favor when it comes to friendly fraud.3) payment fee returns - i see this common across all major, if the client decides to cancel or we just want to do a full refund because the order is marked as high risk, we lose the payment processing fee (and for orders $200 and higher those are some serious fees that start to add up).I have looked at paypal, stripe, amazon payments, <a href="//authorize.net">authorize.net</a>, 2checkout - all look the same to me...I don't mind paying 6-7% processing fee (we currently pay 5%) just to be on the safe side with friendly fraud and fee returns.Any suggestions ladies and gentlemen?
